Won't turn on

No lights, no fan, or it switches off by itself.

Try this first
  1. Charge it for 30 minutes with the original charger.
  2. Unplug everything, then hold the power button for 30 seconds and try again.
  3. Check the charger light and try another wall socket.

Slow or freezing

Takes long to start, programs hang, 100% disk.

Try this first
  1. Restart the laptop (not only sleep).
  2. Keep at least 20% of the storage free.
  3. Remove programs you do not use from startup.

  1. Take a photo of the error (stop code) and send it to us.
  2. Undo the last update or program you installed.

  2. Use the original charger with the right watts.

  1. Connect an external monitor or TV to test.
  2. Raise the brightness and restart.
